Cheaper By The Minute Warranty & Return Policy
Cheaper By The Minute is proud to provide our customers with Risk-Free Purchasing.
"We believe you should get what you paid for."
We protect our customers in the following three ways:
PRODUCT WARRANTY
If an item has issues related to a defect in operation (cosmetic issues are not covered) within 72 hours from the time of purchase, Cheaper By The Minute will attempt to repair the item. If a repair is not possible, then a replacement will be issued. If a replacement is not available, then a refund for the full amount of the purchase will be issued.*
PRODUCT RETURNS
A customer may return an item within 30 days of purchase for any reason. An "in-store gift card" may be issued for up to 80% of its purchase price based on the item's return condition.* **
EXTENDED WARRANTY
As a customer you have the option to purchase an extended warranty on certain items. 10% of the purchase price per year of protection. Please refer to our "Shield Program" for more details.
* Items exempt from any method of return include Gift Cards and Items sold as "As-Is".
** 80% of the value is based on new and unopened conditions (not based on purchased conditions).
WARRANTY & RETURN CLAIMS PROCESS
For your convenience, initiating a warranty or return claim is as simple as making a call to 509-713-1700 and selecting option 3 for warranty and return claims. One of our representatives will gladly guide you through the process.
It is the responsibility of the customer to test and visually inspect items before purchase. We are happy to assist you with this process. The Customer must provide proof of purchase from Cheaper by The Minute to initiate any return or warranty claim.

EXTENDED PRODUCT PROTECTION - Through "SHIELD" customers can purchase and extend their product protection. Information on this program can be accessed at https://cheaperbytheminute.com/pages/product-shield.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items
Products sold As-Is
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refund Process (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
